How to cancel my reservation
Our platform protects both the owner and the client. Each announcement and booking on our website clearly specifies the cancellation policy. Clients can cancel their reservations by clicking Cancel on the reservation in question.
- If the client canceled 24 hours before the reservation period, then they will receive a full refund.
- If the client cancels less than 24 hours before the reservation period, the first day will not be refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decided to leave before the planned period of their reservation, the remaining time after the official cancellation will refunded 100%.
Our refund policy is simple and flexible. We can do a full refund up to one day before the start of the client’s lease period, excluding costs. In this case:
- The service fee will not be refundable.
- In case of any claim from either party, SHARYNX should be informed within 24 hours of the start of the rental.
- SHARYNX may act as a mediator and decide in cases of conflict.
- A reservation is officially canceled when the client makes us their request via Cancellation Request form on the reservation page.
- Applicable taxes will be withheld and remitted to the Tax Administration of SPF finances.
Guarantees of our insurance – Conditions of cancellation
At our insurance AGA (Allianz Global Assistance), if:
- You cancel more than 30 days before departure, AGA will reimburse 10% of the travel prices;
- You cancel between 30 and 14 days before departure, AGA will reimburse 20% of the travel price
- You cancel between 14 and 7 days before departure, AGA will reimburse 50% of the travel price;
- You cancel between 7 days and 1 day before departure, AGA will reimburse 75% of the travel price;
- You cancel the same day of departure (no show), AGA will reimburse you 100% of the travel price.
